The 18th and Vine Arts Festival is committed to celebrating Black art and culture by providing a platform for established and emerging Black artists to showcase their work, network with fellow creatives, and honor the powerful impact Black art has on the world. We are dedicated to highlighting the work of Black artists to cultivate an unforgettable 3-day experience at Kansas City’s historical 18th and Vine area where audiences from around the globe can engage in and explore various forms of art across the disciplines of music, dance, visual and literary arts, fashion, digital media, and film.
