The 48th Annual Arkansas Rice Festival starts in 24 days, on October 12. The festival celebrates the rich heritage of rice farming in Arkansas and celebrating harvest. The festival is held annually the second Saturday in October in Weiner, Arkansas in conjunction with National Rice Promotion Month.
