Celebrate the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with an evening of exceptional Irish music and culture at the AuSable Artisan Village St. Patrick’s Celebration!

The evening will feature live music from Shannon Lee, a dynamic Irish traditional music duo from southeast Michigan. With Hannah Harris on fiddle and vocals and Alberto (Bear) Whitmer on guitar and bodhrán, Shannon Lee brings a heartfelt connection to Irish traditions. Harris’ lyrical and driving fiddle style is inspired by legends like Matt Cranitch and Liz Carroll, while Whitmer’s sensitive yet energetic guitar work reflects influences like Tony McManus and John Doyle.

Shannon Lee’s name honors their formative experiences in Ireland - Harris studied at University College Cork along the Lee River, and Whitmer honed his skills at the University of Limerick near the Shannon River. Both musicians are certified traditional music instructors and seasoned performers, sharing their passion for Irish music in every performance.
