Have you heard?! Our wonderful Shavon is hosting a Halloween Social Hour right after Ballroom Fit! At 10:30 AM, you’ll get your heart rate up with dance-based fitness, and afterward, stick around for costumes, snacks, drinks, and plenty of laughter. Costumes are encouraged - goofy, fun, vibrant, spooky - just make sure you’re comfy for the workout part, then go wild for the party!
