Canton Union School District’s Veterans Day Celebration will be November 11th in the Canton High School South Gymnasium beginning at 9:30 AM. The community is invited to attend a ceremony, which will include a keynote presentation featuring U.S. Col. Steven Rice. Additionally, performances by the CHS band, chorus, students, and Lincoln Elementary.

All veterans are invited to a breakfast and social starting at 8:30 AM in the Canton High School cafeteria.

The culminating activity is a memorial dedication for CHS 1939 graduate, MM2 William Olson, at the CHS Veterans Memorial. Featuring a 21-gun salute and Taps performed by CHS students.
