Joint Veterans Council of Carlisle will host a Memorial Day Parade beginning at 9am at N Hanover and N St. It will proceed south on Hanover St, past the Square and turn right on W Pomfret St. The parade will continue west then turn right onto S Pitt St. A memorial service will be held at Veterans Memorial Courtyard in the Carlisle Square following the parade.
