The Illinois Elks Children’s Care Corporation in cooperation with Champaign/Urbana Elks #2497 will sponsor a Free children’s orthopedic assessment clinic on Wednesday February 26, 2025 at OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois Multi-Specialty Clinic, located at 1405 West Park Street, Suite 306, Urbana. The clinic is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM and is by appointment only.  To make an appointment call the Illinois Elks Children’s Care office at 1-800-272-0074 between the hours of  9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. No medical referral is necessary. The clinic is an ideal time to have your child reviewed for bone and joint development. Physicians and School Nurses are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion. There are no charges for any services at this clinic.
