Join Chicago-North Romance Writers on Friday evening, July 11, and Saturday, July 12, 2025 for panels, lunch, a Tea and Fashion show where we will showcase outfits inspired by book covers, and a public book signing.

Spend a weekend meeting a favorite author or getting to know a new one, or meet your readers if you’re an author.

We will also auction off a basket filled with goodies as a door prize for a randomly drawn winner.

Books In Bloom will be held at the Sonesta Chicago O’Hare Airport Rosemont Hotel.

Chicago-North is reserving a small block of rooms Friday and Saturday at the hotel in case you’d like to arrive the night before or stay the night after the event. The cost is $129 per night plus taxes. The hotel is pleased to offer complimentary guest room Wi-Fi and complimentary parking. The hotel operates a free shuttle to and from O’Hare airport.
