The 10th Anniversary of Chuck Fest. Chuck Fest plans for an even stronger showing this fall. The Arts & Humanities Council of SWLA brings back the 10th edition of the premier Louisiana-based music, food, art, and culture festival. Chuck Fest will be held from will feature a full lineup of everything “Louisiana.” Chuck Fest is a free, public festival that will be celebrating Lake Charles, and to a greater extent, Louisiana culture.
