Connecting to Pleasure: A Divine Feminine Dance Event

Join us at The Yoga Sanctuary with special guest teacher, Jennifer Loftus, for an inspiring session of Divine Feminine Dance! This event invites women from our community to engage in conscious, guided movement set to a variety of music. Our time together will include Divine Feminine Dance, guided journaling and partner sharing. You'll also be provided tools and support to help you consciously connect to pleasure as a frequency of joy, a balm for anxiety, a delightful elixir and a celebration of the essence of who you are! 

No prior dance experience is required, movements are tailored for all skill levels. This is a perfect opportunity for all women, whether you're a seasoned dancer or a newcomer, to explore movement in a supportive environment.
