The Findlay Township "Fair in the Woodlands" is held the 3rd weekend every August in the scenic wooded area of Clinton Community Park. The fair is organized by the Findlay Township Fair Board and staffed by many volunteers, employees and vendors. The "Fair in the Woodlands" features the Findlay 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk , food, games, exhibits, entertainment, live music, craft demonstrations, parade, and children's activities.

Friday, August 15, 2025 

2:00 pm – 5:30 pm: Registration of Baked Goods - Falcon Pavilion

5:30 pm – 6:45 pm: Registration for Findlay 5K and Fun Walk - Oriole Pavilion

6:00 pm: Opening Ceremonies - National Anthem, Boy Scouts

6:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Live Music by Scott Schwartz - entrance by inflatables

6:30 pm: Bake Sale - parking lot next to Falcon Pavilion

6:30 pm: Needle in the Haystack, ages 12 & under

7:00 pm: Start of Race & Fun Walk   

7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Live Music by Sweetwater Cottage Band

8:00 pm: Presentation of Race Awards & Photos, Guessing Game Winner 

8:30 pm – 9:30 pm: Live Music cont., Sweetwater Cottage Band
