ROLLIN'Through the Foothills Children 4th grade and under are welcomed to line up in front of the Foothills Festival Sign at 11:30.
The ride will begin at 11:45 and go around the square ending at the pumpkin patch. No gas powered wheels. See Page 57 for details.

Foothills Chili Contest Register and drop off chili between 10:00 -11:30 a.m. Judging will be done by the public based on a blind taste test and voting.
All votes must be casted by 1:30 p.m. Winners will be announced at 3p.m on Stage 2. See Page 31 for details.
