Hampton Half

START TIME: 10:00AM

The course begins at B Street and Ocean Boulevard with a loop around downtown Hampton Beach. Runners will then heads north right along the Atlantic Ocean and turn inland for a loop on tree-lined roads before coming back out to the ocean at Mile 10. The course finishes with a three-mile stretch along the beach, ending back at the Start for a well-deserved party!

5K

START TIME: 10:00AM

The Hampton 5K is one of the most scenic road races in New England! The course shares 2.5 miles of the half marathon course, which means you’ll be cheered on by tons of spectators as you run beside the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. After the finish, head on over to the Ashworth By The Sea Hotel for the after-party!

Awards

Prizes are awarded to the top 3 men and women finishers overall and the top 3 men and women in the following age categories:

14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

The overall category will be scored using GUN time and the age group awards will be scored using CHIP time.
