Thank you for painting with us tonight! It's going to be a BLAST! Just a few things to remember... We are a BYOB studio. Bring your beverage of choice; alcoholic or non alcoholic. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class start time, but, you may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to class. Consider it your Happy Half Hour! If you are coming with others but making reservations separately

Refund/Cancellation Policy: A store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 48 hours notice. "No shows" will not be issued store credit or refunds.

Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to class our floor artists will NOT be able to give you individual instruction & you may not finish your painting.

Bad Weather: if a weather emergency is declared and the roads are unsafe to travel on, only a credit will be issued. In the rare case of a class canceling due to poor weather conditions, studio credit will be issued to all registered guests.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for acts of God or other circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes, power outages etc. NO EXCEPTIONS Out of town guests may purchase a Twist at Home kit with the credit or transfer it to another person.

Painting with a Twist reserves the right to change the artist, postpone the class, or cancel a class for unforeseen circumstances. Classes with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled. Customers will be notified in advance and class credit will be issued
