This dinner will take place in the winery, giving you an immersive experience at the most crucial time of the winemaking process: harvest. Marrying education with fun, guests will be tasting wines and active fermentations with Winemaker Matt Vuylsteke and his team. Exceptional wines will be paired with food prepared by Executive Chef Jami Flatt and his culinary team. A curated menu will celebrate the fall harvest from our local farm partnerships.
