Barbecue, singing, dancing, and events for the kids — downtown Washington will offer all this and a great deal more during Smoke on the Water and Haunted Pamlico's first-ever Halloween Festival!

We'll co-host family friendly happenings at the children's play area. Halloween-themed vendors will meet you in the Graveyard Emporium, where we'll also gather for a costume contest. We'll begin the lines for our Paranormal Tour, which features ghost stories of downtown Washington, at the emporium. In addition, we'll stage a haunt-season variety show and local history presentations on area cemeteries in the large gallery of the historic Turnage Theater.

This year, we're honored to present our festival in tandem with Smoke on the Water, which serves up crafts, barbecue, live entertainment, and all sorts of treats on the picturesque Washington waterfront.

Our outdoor festival events are FREE to the public! You'll need a ticket to attend our events inside the Turnage. Tickets will be available this spring.
