Please Join Us for One of Our "Health Meets Hope 5K Run/Walks" for Mental Health Awareness 

Friends of Advantage hosted Mental Health Awareness Walks in Athens and Elberton in May in celebration of Mental Health Awareness Month. FOA has partnered with the Madison County High School Anchor Club and  has scheduled Health Meets Hope...Madison County Cares 5K and Afternoon of Music and Family Fun Activities for Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 3pm-5pm at the Madison County High School Track Field.

We are planning a family fun event during the walk to include tabling of information, music, bouncy house, fun activities, snacks and drinks. We ask individuals, businesses, schools, clubs, organizations and the faith-based community to sponsor and/or participate with us. Collaboration in our communities are impactful. Share the message of mental health awareness with your family, friends, and community members, as it touches us all in some way.  Awareness saves lives...take time to learn and share!
