Wethersfield Historical Society opens the historic Hurlbut-Dunham House for free tours the first two weekends in December. The house is festively decorated for the holidays and ready to celebrate a Victorian Christmas. On Saturday, December 6, the Hurlbut-Dunham House will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in order to participate in the Webb-Deane-Stevens Museum’s Holiday House Tour. For more information on their event, visit their website HERE. On Saturday, December13 and Sundays, December 7 and 14, it will be open from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Hurlbut-Dunham House is located at 212 Main Street in Wethersfield. There is ample free parking behind the Keeney Memorial Cultural Center (200 Main Street, Wethersfield). There is no admission charge to tour the house, but donations are gratefully accepted.
