Production Generalist I (1st and 2nd Shifts)

The Production Generalist I is an entry level position in King Arthur Baking Company’s food manufacturing facility, Merlin. The individual in this role supports KAB’s manufacturing by running production equipment, performing sanitations, packaging, labeling bags and following both food and personal safety procedures, all while embodying King Arthur Baking Company’s core competencies. The individual in this position is additionally expected to support larger Merlin safety, facilities and quality goals. The second shift is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus plus 10% shift differential.

Temporary Production Generalist Assistant

The Production Generalist Assistant is responsible for supporting manufacturing team by performing various tasks throughout the Merlin manufacturing building that may include assisting team in packaging production, assembling boxes, and performing various sanitation tasks. Assistant position is not expected to meet performance goals of Production Generalist I position but expected to adhere to King Arthur Baking Company competencies.

Café Associate - Temporary / Seasonal / Full-Time

The Café Associate works alongside King Arthur’s café team to deliver exceptional service to our customers in support of the King Arthur Baking brand and mission. The individual in this role works under direct supervision in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about delivering our customers an exceptional experience.

Facilities Weekend Steward

This is a Saturday shift from 10am – 4pm. The Facilities Weekend Steward is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the general appearance of King Arthur Baking Company’s customer destination. The individual in this role has strong communication skills and is effectively able to work independently. The Facilities Steward ensures that the appearance and cleanliness of the customer destination meets and exceeds the high-quality standards of KAB.

Temporary Family Flour Sales Support

The Temporary Family Flour Sales Support role provides a superior customer service wholesale experience for our high-volume grocery customers and national distributors. Responsibilities include sales support requests, order processing, verification of pricing and promotional data, customer service, working with our warehouses, freight consultant and brokers while also providing back up for Sales Support AR and the Inventory team as needed. 

Bakery Intern

The Bakery Intern will join King Arthur Baking Company’s Norwich, Vermont bakery team throughout the calendar year. This baking and pastry student should be passionate about artisan bread and pastry work. The individual in this role should be hardworking, have great attention to detail, and be ready to apply themself in a team-centric and fast-paced environment.
