Lake Havasu's first Yoga Festival started in November 2018 as a way to give back to the community. 

The festival has been a free event since its inception. Bringing people together to create a sustainable experience full of positive energy.

Friday Nov. 29

5:00 pm-6:30 pm: Sound Practice with Ben Hicks

To begin the weekend of practice with an inspired 90 minute practice that will begin by creating a soundscape of ambient guitar, providing the backdrop for the "sound" practice. 

7:00 pm-8:30 pm: Opening Fire Ceremony with Prerana

The weekend will begin with an interactive fire ceremony led by Prerana. This sets the intention for a weekend of yoga and possible transformation.
