The Lancaster Craft Beerfest is coming back on Saturday, August 24, 2024! After a hiatus that began in 2020, we are returning to the City of Lancaster with your favorite local & regional breweries. It’s time to toast once again–and celebrate the eighth year of Lancaster’s favorite beer festival. This is event is for ages 21 and older. We’ll be back on the 100 block of North Queen Street in the City of Lancaster (inclusive of the newly-opened Ewell Plaza!) and feature our beer garden, food court, and music stage all in one festival experience.

Schedule of Events:

Session One Music 12pm - 3pm: Andy Mowatt's Steely Jam

The retro sounds of Steely Dan, mixed with modern funk. The live show consists of anywhere from 5 to 10 musicians, each bringing a spin on Steely Dan classics as well as original songs that seem immediately familiar. The musicians are virtuosic and fun to watch interact. The arrangements are funky, jam-filled, relaxing and up-lifting.

Session Two Music 4pm - 7pm: Band of llamas

Band of Llamas is a modern take on an old-school live music experience. Pennsylvania's newest jam-adjacent, roots-rock-funk-blues group is turning heads with their unique sound and high level of play.

Drawing inspiration from bands like The Allman Brothers, Phish and The Grateful Dead, they perform for live-music enthusiasts. While Band of Llamas can take you on a high spirited, psychedelic journey, they also deliver a melodic song like Paul Simon or Steely Dan; and they’re not opposed to a heavier rock sound with a funk emphasis like Red Hot Chili Peppers. They play an exciting mix of originals and covers.
