Join us for a special celebration of Dr. King’s life and legacy, presented in partnership with the Westmoreland Diversity Coalition.

SCHEDULED ACTIVITIES

Unity Candle Lighting Ceremony (10:30–11am)
Join us for a candle-lighting ceremony honoring Dr. King’s profound civil rights journey and his unwavering dedication to education, the arts, community engagement, and fellowship.

Children’s Storytime (11am–2pm)
Discover the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through storytelling for all ages presented by the Student PSEA of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

Live Music Performance (11:30am–12pm)
Enjoy a live vocal performance by Afro-Latina soprano Dr. Zuly Inirio.

Dance Performance (12:30–1pm)
Enjoy a live dance performance by the Balafon West African Dance Ensemble.
