The Village of Sackets Harbor and the Sackets Harbor American Legion Post 1757 are proud to present a special Memorial Day Remembrance Service on Monday, May 26, at locations around the Village of Sackets Harbor.

The event will begin at the American Legion at 7:45 am, and those assembled will make stops at the following locations.

8:00 am – Sackets Harbor Battlefield
8:15 am – Sackets Harbor Military Cemetery
8:30 am – Lakeview Cemetery
8:45 am – Madison Barracks
9:10 am – Muskellunge Cemetery
9:30 am – Sulphur Springs Cemetery

At approximately 10:30 am, the group will parade from Sackets Harbor Central School, along West Main Street, to the Sentinel Bandstand for a ceremony by the harbor.

The event will conclude with a Chicken BBQ at noon, at the American Legion, at 209 Ambrose Street.
The remembrance stops, the parade, and the ceremony are all free, and the public is welcome to attend.
