Part of the monthly Connecting with the Seasons Series at The Grounds of Livev
Spring is now in full bloom, and nature's transformation is undeniable. As part of the Connecting with the Seasons Series, this session invites you to revel in the radiance of mid-spring—a time when gardens burst with color, forests hum with life, and warm breezes carry the scent of blossoms. Through the restorative practice of nature and forest therapy, also known as forest bathing (inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku), we will attune ourselves to this season’s richness and renewal.
About This Journey
Led by certified nature and forest therapy guide Ilana Rubin of Kindred Nature, this experience guides you through the lush landscapes of The Grounds, where flowers, fresh greenery, and returning pollinators set the stage for deep connection. Through mindful nature connection invitations, we'll explore how mid-spring’s vibrant energy can nurture your own personal blossoming.
