Thanksgiving weekend (Friday-Sunday) each year.  Fun for the whole family!

• 24+ educational exhibits of gems, specimens, fossils, and lapidary art.

• 29+ dealers presenting gems, jewelry, minerals, fossils, and more for sale. Gifts galore!

• Live demonstrations of lapidary arts, featuring cabbing, wire wrapping, and faceting by club members.

• Gem Sluice: Purchase a bag and get wet sifting to find beautiful crystals and gems.

• Geode cracking. Purchase a geode and crack it open to see beautiful crystals inside.

• Flintknapping with live demonstrations.

• Amazing Fluorescent Mineral Display.

• Door prizes are awarded. (Must be present to win.)

• Raffle ticket prize drawings ($2.00 per chance) to win the big prize. (You do NOT need to be present to win.)

• Stop by the membership booth where you can join the Mobile Rock & Gem Society.

• Free parking.

• Food vendor on site.

Hours: 

• Friday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm,
• Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm,
• Sunday 10:00 am-5:00 pm.

Admission Fee:

Admission is $5.00 per day. Children under 12 are FREE with a paying adult. 

A 3-day 2025 Pass will be available for purchase in fall 2025. It is good for one individual for all three days of the event.
