Do you like to mix mystery with comedy? Do you like to use subtlety to help an audience figure out whodunnit? Are you looking for a chance to be on stage with limited rehearsal time? Are you free from September 25 to September 29?

Then it sounds like you should audition for “Murder Me Always!”

Building off the success of last year’s “Sound of Murder” murder mystery, we’re once again staging a murder mystery dinner show. We’ll have about two rehearsals per week leading up to the show.

Auditions will be in Encore Hall on August 5 and 7 from 7 pm to 9 pm Please try to arrive as close to 7 pm as possible. We’ll find out what part(s) you’re interested in, and you’ll read a couple of short scenes. We’re interested in seeing the energy and elocution you can bring to a character, as well as your ability to change the reading based on direction. 

“Murder Me Always” focuses on a local theater putting on a murder mystery. Badly. Unfortunately, there have been a string of murders under similar circumstances, and the play quickly goes further awry when the murderer strikes again.
