Phil Hargrave is a visual Artist working out of Windsor CT. He works primarily in found objects, up-cycled cardboard, carved wood, steel, wire. Now, Phil is also bringing an artist's eye to your garden. His work includes garden design, upkeep, hardscaping and custom sculpture.

This exhibit is part of the fulfillment of the Master's in Art Education from Central Connecticut State University.
