The theme for our community’s 57th annual event will be “Celebrating Community”. This event will be a fun-filled day for the whole family, featuring live music, food vendors, games, and fireworks. Join us for a day of celebration and community spirit.

9:00am: Mini Parade Lineup & collection of Toothbrushes/Paste for NB Food Pantry (parking in upper lot - north of City Hall / parade in lower lot - south of City Hall )

9:30am: Mini Parade -  sponsored by Horicon Bank; presented by NB Jr. Woman’s Club

1:00pm: Main Parade - sponsored by Acrisure

2:00pm to 11:00 pm:  Grounds & Carnival Open

2:00pm to 6:00 pm: Spectrum Carnival wristband special
