7:30PM - Full Dinner Buffet A buffet dinner showcasing prime rib, stuffed shells, bourbon glazed pork, parmesan crusted cod, a medley of vegetables, garden salad & cupcake dessert.

9:30PM-12:30AM - Show / Dancing  featuring music by Lenny Collini Family Pak

12:00AM - A celebratory champagne toast, donuts & coffee at midnight.
