Joint Veterans Council will start with a parade at 1 pm. The parade will start at Broad Street proceed to Big Spring Avenue to High Street ending at Mt. Zion Church. Ceremony to follow at the fountain.

Inclement Weather: Parade will be canceled, and ceremony will be moved to Failor-Wagner American Legion Post 421
