The final NSO concert of the 2024-25 season will feature Julia Choi, first violinist at the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, performing the much loved Bruch Violin Concerto. Choi has been praised by the New York Times for her “narrative sweep and involving performance” and lauded by The Classical Source for her “delightful idiosyncrasy.”
She has performed as a guest musician with leading ensembles including the New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, Verbier Festival Chamber Orchestra, Minnesota Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony, San Diego Symphony Orchestra, Detroit Symphony Orchestra, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, and more.
