The 5k Trail Run is named to remember one of Rhode Island's most likeable coaches... Norm Monks. Norm coached many high school teams and was dedicated to the sport of athletics. This run is open to all runners of all ages. The course is a beautiful 5k run through the trails along the bay and accross the grasslands of Goddard Park. T- shirts available for all entrants
