The musical follows Dorothy Gale’s journey from Kansas to the Land of Oz after a tornado whisks her away with her dog Toto. She meets the Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Cowardly Lion, who join her on her quest down the Yellow Brick Road, to meet the Wizard of Oz and find a way home. Hindered during her journey by The Wicked Witch of the West, and aided and comforted by Glinda The Good Witch.
