Join us during the month of May in the Powisset Kitchen, where we’ll Plant-it-Forward all month long, with recipes that put what’s growing seasonally and here at the farm front and center!
In this hands-on class with our own Chef Thi, we will make plant-focused patties you’ll definitely want to include alongside your other burgers. Between the buns will be Sweet Potato and Black Bean Burger with Chipolte Mayo, and Spiced Indian Vegetable and Potato Burger with Mint Chutney and Yogurt. We’ll also take what’s on the farm and make terrific toppings, including Quick Pickled Onion and Cucumbers, and Farm Greens.

Pre-registration is required. Registration closes 24 hours prior to class. Minimum of 6 people required for class to take place. Please Note: Powisset is NOT a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: In the event The Trustees cancels a program due to severe weather, low enrollment, or other circumstances, we will notify registrants by email and issue a full refund or transfer to another scheduled program within two weeks of the cancellation. To cancel a reservation, please contact Powisset Farm 7 days prior to the start of the program to receive a full refund. Refunds and transfers will not be granted for cancellations placed fewer than 7 days before the start of the program.
