Whether you are just beginning to anticipate a need to care for a loved one or have been involved as a caregiver for some time, it is important to understand the unique challenges caregivers face and to understand that it is not necessary to go through this alone. Focusing on the programs and services available to seniors and caregivers through the Onondaga County Department of Adult & Long-Term Care Services this class will look at the how they can help empower caregivers by providing education, supportive services and connection to help support them throughout their journey.
