There’s no better way to celebrate the Fall than at the Pumpkin Dash 5K, a FUN event for the whole family! The 5K is perfect for everyone, whether you’re an avid runner aiming for a personal best or prefer to take a leisurely walk and enjoy the autumn scenery. Participants can choose to run the entire course or walk at their own pace, making this event accessible to all fitness levels.

Event Schedule:

9 am – Race Registration

9:45 am – FREE Kids Race for ages 8 years old and under – Registration not required

10 am – 5K Race start

12 pm – Awards

Proceeds benefit the YMCA Open Doors Financial Assistance Program. Each year, more than $1Million in financial assistance is provided to individuals, families and adults throughout Bear-Glasgow, giving everyone access to a YMCA members and essential programs like summer day camp, Before & After School Care, Swim Lessons, and more.
