The Riverview Park 5K Run & Fitness Walk takes place in the hidden gem that is Riverview Park on Pittsburgh's Northside. A unique race due to the fact that it takes place in the evening (6 pm start), this community-based 5K event takes participants through the scenic park, complete with a trip around the Allegheny Observatory on Observatory Hill. The course is a challenging one as well, with the last mile being almost all uphill! The Riverview Park 5K Run & Fitness Walk is presented by the City of Pittsburgh Office of Special Events.
