Sunday, Dec 7, 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm
-Set up begins at 8:00 no vendor will be permitted inside before this time or the day before.
-Vendors Must be cleaned up and out of the building by 5pm. NO EXCEPTIONS
-Tables and chairs are NOT provided and are NOT available to rent
-Staff will be available to assist and provide bathroom breaks
-Marshmallow Events will sponsor a vendor raffle for a $50 Visa gift card
-ONLY one business allowed per space
-When choosing a space please pick a space that best suits your set-up this MUST include space to get around your table. Spaces are next to each other and no space in between is provided. If you fill your space and do not leave room to move around, we will not provide extra room.
-All questions must be answered on the application in order for the "Submit" button to work
-Invoices are sent out during business hours.
-Picking spaces is NOT allowed, returning vendors are generally kept in the same space as they were placed at prior events. You may make a request for a particular spot, but it will NOT be guaranteed.
