  • Peanut Stir Fry Sauce for Asian + Middle Eastern Dishes

Shari Smith, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is a celebrated chef who owned and operated Shari’s at the Willard Hilton. Timmi, Shari’s daughter, grew up surrounded by her mother’s passion for food, art, and community. Together, they continue to serve the local area with delicious, high-quality cuisine while inspiring others through their shared love of cooking.
