This year's race will be the 5th Annual Heart & Sole 5K held in memory of Cole Varnum. Please join us on Saturday, September 14th at 8 AM sharp! The race will start and end at Central Baptist Church in Americus, GA. Runners, Joggers, Walkers, and individuals of all ages are welcome to participate in this event.

Registration is $25. Groups of 5 or more will be discounted to $20 per person.

T-Shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered runners!

There will be a $100 CASH PRIZE for the Overall Male, Overall Female, Overall Male Masters, and Overall Female Masters.

Awards will be given to the TOP THREE male and female winners in several categories ranging from 9 and under to 80 and over.
