Tony Award-winning composer Jeanine Tesori debuts her powerful new opera, Grounded, at the Metropolitan Opera. The production grapples with 21st-century warmaking's ethical and psychological complexities, featuring Canadian mezzo-soprano Emily D'Angelo as a fighter pilot grounded by pregnancy, alongside American tenor Ben Bliss as Wyoming rancher Eric.
