Connect with your child! It’s a wonderful way to spend the morning as a family on this special Veteran’s Day! We will meet near the two black hearts in the Park for a kiddo-friendly yoga class that weaves a rich balance between the imaginative world of the child with the distinct aspects of yoga practice that support mindfulness, self-regulation and joy. Your instructor comes from the teaching team at On The Mat Yoga in Concord.

Active/Retired Military with Military ID can select a discounted ticket for this holiday program.
For ages 3-12 with a caregiver. Please bring a water bottle and a mat.

Stay for a while after class to enjoy a picnic (bring your own or grab something on site from Twisted Tree Café) and explore the Sculpture Park.

If it should rain or be too cold, the program will be in the museum.
