Author Sergio Troncoso will run a one-day workshop, for 2.5 hours, to discuss how to improve your writing skills, with in-class exercises on sentences, a mini-craft talk on creating your voice on the page, and discussions of noted writers and their works to show how they use and manipulate point of view to create important literary effects you can use in your own work. Some materials will be passed out to participants ahead of the writing workshop, with only 25 total participants in the workshop. If time permits, participants will work on a short writing exercise to share.
