Utica, NY. The JPC Free Choice Food Pantry Schedule for July is now available*. We are open rain or shine and welcome low-income families and single individuals who meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) low-income eligibility requirement (See below.) We serve people who live in Utica, Rome, the Mohawk Valley, and other surrounding areas. The pantry is located at 1404 West Street, Utica, NY, 13501. 

If you're new to our pantry, don't worry! We're here to help. We will be able to help you finish the food pantry intake application. Could you bring along acceptable government-issued IDs for all household members? These include birth certificates, NYS driver's licenses, photo IDs, benefit cards, and social security cards.

We will also have the JPC Annual Recertification and Identification Verification for our food consumers. Please bring your JPC Food Pantry Card (JPCFPC), acceptable government identification for all household members as previously mentioned above, and meet the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) low-income eligible requirement (see below), and you will receive a gift.
