Balloons, Booths and Entertainment
The annual Harvest Festival wouldn't be complete without a Balloon Launch at Eastman Park, Car Show at Windsor High School and a Pancake Breakfast at the Windsor Rec Center. Over 200 vendors will have their items available from 9am-5pm at Main Park.
