The Westfield Band Boosters cordially invite you to apply to our 17th Annual Holiday Craft Show. One of the largest all-handmade craft shows in central Indiana, each year we host over 160 booths and 2,500 shoppers!

Local and Handmade:

Our vendors are all local artisans with handmade products. We ensure that there is a unique and diverse selection of products so you can have the best shopping experience.

Live Music:

Performances by our Westfield Bands students can be enjoyed throughout the day!

Coat Check and Purchase Hold:

New this year!! For $2 you can check your coat or purchases for a more enjoyable shopping experience!

On-Site Raffle:

Purchase $2 Tickets at the door 19 shopping entrance for your chance to win some of the unique items donated by our local vendors. You do not need to be present to win.

Bake Sale:

Nothing wrong with a bit of Competition!

This year find the annual Westfield Band Member Bake Sale Competition at BOTH doors 9 & 19. It's Guard & Percussion vs. Brass & Winds... Can't pick a favorite? Buy from both! All money goes directly to the program!

Concessions:

Open all day! Hot Lunch Food available beginning at 11:00am.

Bus & Cart Shuttles:

Entry is through doors 9 or 19 at the High School, but park anywhere at WHS or WMS and take one of our convenient shuttles to the doors!

$5 Pancake Breakfast:
8:00am - 11:00am

Enjoy a $5 Pancake Breakfast before shopping. Enter through Door 9.

VIP Early Entry Ticket:

VIP Early Entry Tickets are now available and include breakfast, 8:00am entry to shop, and NEW this year; a reusable shopping tote. Preorder your ticket to get discounted tickets. VIP Entry tickets will be $20 at the door!

Children under 12 may accompany an adult with VIP Entry for free, but will need a separate Pancake Breakfast ticket.
