12/21/22 Update: The 2022 Leaf Pickup Program has been completed.

11/1/22 Update: The Town of Trumbull Public Works Dept. crews are out testing the leaf collection trucks this week, but the crews will be back on those “test” streets once the Leaf Pickup program officially begins, which is Monday, November 7, 2022.

The Trumbull Public Works Department has announced details for their 2022/23 Leaf Pickup Program. Visit the Leaf Pickup Program page on the Town website for more information about the program.

Loose Leaf Pickup Program

The Town of Trumbull offers an annual loose leaf collection program that begins in the Fall and and runs until leaves have been collected in each neighborhood. The Department of Public Works anticipates the program will begin on Monday, November 7, 2022. Weather conditions may delay collections. 

Residents can track the leaf collection progress by viewing the Leaf Pickup Progress Map, which is updated daily during the program.

Bagged Leaf Pickup Program

Residents may request bagged leaf pickup at any time, and as many times as needed, during the Town's Loose Leaf Pickup Program. See the Bagged Leaf Collection section on the Leaf Pickup Program page  for additional information.
