Over the 12-day run of the 2024 state fair, the DFL booth raised over $558,000 in merchandise sales for the party, more than tripling the previous all-time record of $164,000 raised during the 2019 fair
ST. PAUL – On September 3, the Minnesota DFL announced that the 2024 DFL state fair booth raised over $558,000 in merchandise sales for the party, more than tripling the previous all-time record of $164,000 raised during the 2019 fair. The party’s enormous state fair fundraising haul was fueled by over 23,000 transactions at the booth.
“Minnesotans are fired up for the Harris-Walz ticket and they recognize the threat that Donald Trump and JD Vance pose to Minnesota values,” said Minnesota DFL Chair Ken Martin. “There are 63 days left in this election and early voting begins in two weeks – if you want to do something to stop Donald Trump from returning to the White House, the time to sign-up to volunteer is now.”
The DFL has broken multiple fundraising and volunteer sign up records since Vice President Kamala Harris and Minnesota’s own Governor Tim Walz took over the top of the ticket.
