9am-3pm: EXCEPT 4-H FOODS which will be interview judged on Wednesday.

August 10, 2025

8:00 am: 4-H Horse Show registration
9:00 am: 4-H Horse Show
Horses shown on Sunday may return for fair week to be judged for herdsmanship.

August 12, 2025

9:00 am: Dog Show showmanship, obedience, agility at Blue Ribbon Pavilion (BRP)
2:00 pm: Cat Judging (Old Show Arena)
6:30 pm: 4-H Runway Extravaganza – Rialto Theatre

August 13, 2025

Exhibit Building open 10 am: - 7 pm
10am: -7pm: All OPEN CLASS Exhibits Entered.
9 am-3pm: 4-H Foods and gardening Interview Judging
12pm: Rabbits & poultry entered & in place.
12:15 pm: Mandatory Rabbit & Poultry exhibitor meeting followed by weigh-in.
4:00 pm: Livestock entered and in place. Herdsmanship begins when animal enters pen or stall
4:30 pm: Mandatory Livestock exhibitor meeting
5:00 pm: Coloring Contest entries due
5:00 pm: Weigh in of market animals: goats, sheep, beef, and then hogs. Female efficiency contest projects will weigh in following market animals.
7:00 pm: Exhibit building closed to public
7:30 pm: Ranch Rodeo $ 8.00

August 14, 2025

Exhibit Building open 8:00 am: - 7:00 pm
8am-6pm: Judging of open class exhibits
8:45 am: National Anthem @ BRP (Granite County)
9:00 am: Hog Show - market & breeding
12:00 pm: Poultry Show (no chores to be done at this time)
3:00 pm: Replacement heifer interviews begin
4:00 pm: Market Livestock Show (heifers, steers, goats, sheep)
4:00 pm: Market Livestock Show (heifers, steers, goats, sheep)
7:00 pm: Club Boxing Grandstand Arena

August 15, 2025

8:00 am: Rabbit Judging. No chores are to be done in the area during judging.
8:45 am: National Anthem @ BRP (Deer Lodge County)
9:00 am: Breeding Sheep and Goat Judging
1:00 pm: Dairy and Breeding Beef Judging
5:00 pm: Rodeo Triathlon
5:45 pm: National Anthem @ BRP (4-H/FFA Members)
6:00 pm: Livestock Auction, Silent Auction and Dedication
7:45 pm: Ramblin Rose Drill Team: Performance
8:00 pm: Rodeo & Calf Scramble Slack to follow

12-7 pm: Tri-County Fair Team: Roping (Small Arena)
12:30 pm: Dairy & Beef Showmanship followed by Sr. & Jr. Small Animal Round Robin Showmanship and Sr. & Jr. Large Animal Round Robin Showmanship
1:00 pm: Junior Horse Show in the Large Arena
2:00 pm: Pioneer Power Tractor Pull
4:00 pm: Parade - Main Street
5-6:30 pm: Mutton Bustin 7 and under Top 10 to finals
6:45 pm: Ramblin Rose Drill Team: Performance

August 17, 2025

Exhibit Building Open 10:00 am: – 1:00 pm: for entry pick up/check out
8:00 am: Sign up for Rabbit Derby
8:30 am: Rabbit Derby

When semi’s arrive, market animals will be loaded and everyone must leave the brp!!!

9:00 am: Fair End Event for 4-H/FFA Participants
10:00 am: Small animal barn clean up: ALL small animal barn exhibitors MUST participate
10-11 am: 4-H Static Exhibit Pick up
11:00 am: Awards Ceremony in the Old Show Arena
11am - 1 pm: Release of Open Class Items
12pm: After all market animals are out of the building, release of non-market animal exhibits. Animal exhibits are only released after pens are cleaned AND have checked out with the superintendent.
1:00 pm: Fair Ends
