From: Celebrate Mansfield FestivalThe Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites you to join in the fun at our 20th Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival!
Head to Downtown Storrs for music, art, games, crafts, dance, puppetry, and more!
The Celebrate Mansfield Festival is free to attend and open to everyone!
The Festival will take place from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on and around Betsy Paterson Square in Downtown Storrs.
Activity and Craft Booths will be open from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Food Booths will be open from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Everyone is invited to gather on the Square for our closing concert at 6:30 PM.
Activities for All Ages
Activity Booths: Enjoy hands-on fun for all ages at our Activity Booths, hosted by Mansfield businesses, community organizations, clubs and UConn departments, programs and student groups!
Tasty Treats
Food Booths: Let's eat! Mansfield restaurants and community organizations will be serving up tasty treats during our 20th Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival!

Craft Booths: The Mansfield Downtown Partnership is excited to feature crafters, makers, and artists as part of our juried craft show at our 20th Annual Celebrate Mansfield Festival!

The Wolff Sisters
The New England Music Awards winners for Americana Artist of the Year (2021) will perform from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on the stage of the Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Pavilion on Betsy Paterson Square.
Zikina!
Zikina blends jazz and funk influences with traditional instruments and melodies of Uganda for a unique sound they've dubbed "Enanga, Kalimba, Adungu, Funk, Rock, Jazz, Awesome." Zikina will perform from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on the stage of the Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Pavilion on Betsy Paterson Square.
UConn Jazz
Students from UConn's Jazz studies program will perform from 4:00 PM to 4:45 PM on the stage of the Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Pavilion on Betsy Paterson Square.

Seldom Heard
Seldom Heard is an acoustic trio based in Mansfield, CT for the past 15 years, featuring Howard Drescher (guitar, vocals), Lee Terry (mandolin, vocals), and Tom Terry (upright bass, vocals).
Their repertoire includes their own original tunes as well as new takes on old favorites of Americana music drawn from folk, popular, and soft rock traditions. They're all singers and they especially enjoy harmonizing with tight vocals.
Seldom Heard will perform at 3:00 PM on the stage of the Jeffrey P. Ossen Family Foundation Pavilion on Betsy Paterson Square.
Community Puppet Pageant
Together with the Ballard Institute & Museum of Puppetry, we host free Community Puppet-Building Workshops in September.
The two-day workshop is open to Mansfield residents and friends of all ages - no puppetry experience required!
Workshop participants are invited to perform with their creations during our Puppet Pageant at the Celebrate Mansfield Festival.
Craft Corner
The Craft Corner (on Dog Lane) will feature Connecticut crafts, artisans, and makers as well as musical performances and cooking demonstrations!
Waldron's Studio 88 Stage
Located in the Craft Corner (on Dog Lane), Waldron's Studio 88 Stage will feature acoustic performances by local artists from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Cooking Demos by UConn Dining
The popular cooking demos by award-winning chefs from UConn Dining will take place on Dog Lane at 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM.
Kids' Zone!
Visit the Kids' Zone (on Wilbur Cross Way) for children's entertainment and activities, including:
2:30-3:30 PM: Kidsville Kuckoo Revue
Local favorites Kidsville Kuckoo Revue have been entertaining our young and young-at-heart friends for nearly 30 years!
Dance and sing along as they perform children's classic and new favorites.
3:45-4:15 PM and 5:30 PM-6:00 PM: Pete Haddad's Hubba Bubba Magic Show
Prepare to be amazed - and to laugh! - as Pete Haddad performs sleight of hand tricks with a comic flair!
4:30-5:30 PM: "An Hour of Clown" on the Kids' Zone stage.
You'll laugh, you'll cry (from laughing) while enjoying this inventive performance by Anthony Sellitto-Budney!
